As we celebrate our Anniversary, we want to take a moment to not only celebrate our past with our event, but also take some time to look into the future, as the team has been hard at work this year to bring you some truly special features.

By taking some inspiration from our community and having a deeper look at how you interact with the game, we’ve come up with some big-ticket features for our upcoming updates that we couldn’t wait to leave under wraps any longer.

Some of these features you’ll be able to get your hands on immediately, but others you might have to wait a little longer to test out for yourselves, but this roadmap post will hopefully give you a good understanding of both the features themselves and what we hope they will bring to the table.

Helping your Clubmates

Clubs are a very special feature in our game, which is made greater thanks to the efforts and will to cooperate of our community. It’s not only a place to band together to compete in the Clash, but also a melting pot of players helping players.

Our players have been asking us to enable them to help each other further, so we’re happy to announce that we’re hard at work on bringing new Donation Systems to our clubs, allowing you to help each other even further… and one of them is already headed your way!

More opportunities to donate

We receive quite a few requests for the opportunity to send gifts to their friends and clubmates, so we’re already working on other ways players can share with each other. 
The team is currently looking into ways to offer the chance for our players to gift other items, whether they’re resources, store items, or passes, so we’ll be looking closely at our community’s feedback to help guide future decisions with this project. 

The plan is to help foster player generosity further, so feel free to let us know what other things you’d be excited to share with your clubmates!

Bringing Back the Classics

A common piece of feedback shared by the community, is that our more veteran players have a big garage advantage, as some older cars are not as available as they used to be. After 5 years, Asphalt 9 has developed quite the collection of cars for our players to add to their garages, so we want to help address this in multiple ways, both via events and with an all-new feature: The Showroom.

Hall of Flames

Our future events will help bring back some fan-favorites that haven’t seen the light of the streets for a while. Don’t worry! You can still expect to see new and exciting rides coming each season, but we’ll be upping the ante by featuring some highly requested re-runs. 

A good example will be our Hall of Flames season, which along with celebrating McLaren’s Anniversary, will also feature some classic come-backs such as Aston Martin Valhalla Concept Car.

Showroom (Coming Soon)

Coming next update, the Showroom will be unleashed, and it will allow you to finally work on completing your garage collection.

The Showroom will offer you a selection of custom events that reward Blueprints of previously released cars as rewards. 

You can expect the Showroom to open its doors at the end of September, and we’ll be offering you the full tour closer to release, so stay tuned for more info on the Showroom real soon!

Drive Syndicate

The next chapter of our Drive Syndicate is fast approaching, with DS7: Racing Through Fire starting right after our Anniversary event!

This episode will kick things into a new gear, and we’ll be looking to keep the momentum and build upon the story further in the upcoming months. 

We want to bring the world of Asphalt more to life, and we’ll be finding new and exciting ways to bring the Drive Syndicate story to life, exploring both the world and its characters.

Get ready for a chance to get to know the Drive Syndicate crew better than ever as we delve deeper into the story, with exclusive events, short-stories, comics, and more!

As you can see, the Asphalt team has a pretty stacked schedule prepared for the rest of the year, and we hope you’re excited about these future projects as much as we are!
